We have shipped over 100 through the years and have never had an issue, however we were just notified through reviews that one customer had some damage when receiving his tail. Priority mail will insure your tail will be shipped in a box instead of the cardboard as Priority mail is not as restrictive as 1st class but comes at a higher cost. Returns are accepted, please contact us ASAP if you would like to return the item. Return shipping to be paid by buyer. Once the item is returned a refund will be issued minus a $8. restocking fee on each of these items ordered. There are no refunds on shipping charges.
