Once our inventory is depleted we will no longer carry bats. There isn’t a clear ethical way to source bats and when we purchased our stock from a retired oddities seller we were not made completely aware of the unethical sourcing despite people who sell bats stating that it was from bat farms or under the guise of pest control when that is not always truly the case. We want to preserve items to celebrate the life of an animal, not destroy them for the sake of art. Due to this we will NOT be buying any more bats in the future once our stock is finished. We do encourage Schools and Educators to contact us if they would like to purchase for Educational purposes, we will be happy to discount any specimens being used for educational purposes.

068 #2.15 This is a very nice Framed spread Bat skeleton that would look wonderful in any collection or for educational purposes. This guy is framed in a Black wood shadowbox with a glass front and a Black fabric back so he stand out nicely. This display is approx. 11 x 9 x 2 1/2 " and can be stood up or hung. This is a nice heavy frame. The back can be removed so you may view the skeleton or clean the glass.

Before purchasing this item you must agree to the following: No claims for small broken parts such as antennae, detached tails, leg, head or broken tarsi. These small parts are easily fixable and you should be aware that you may have to fix (glue) a part or two when purchasing items like this. If there is a major problem I will take care of the matter. See my feedback for confirmation. I rarely have a problem but even with good packaging it is impossible for us to Guarantee that specimens will arrive totally intact.
