What animal or piece you are looking for? If we do not have it on hand we will do our best to acquire it in a timely manner.
A picture or description of what you want. If you do not have a an exact idea, giving us a theme of what you want helps.
Are there certain things we should avoid? Colors, items, etc
When do you need this by? Our turn around times varies but if this a gift that you need asap, having this information helps on whether we can do it or not
