⚠️ In the Unlikely Event of Shipping Damage:
Please contact us as soon as you receive the damaged item and forward pictures of the damaged item, box and label. We will then determine the best course of action to correct rectify the issue.
Per standard carrier rules, postal services now require the recipient to bring the damaged item, the original box, and all original packing material into a local post office for a physical inspection before insurance claims are approved. Once you have the item inspected, simply forward us a copy of the postal receipt acknowledging the inspection, and we will immediately process your refund. We pack heavily to ensure neither of us has to go through this ordeal!

If you need to make a return, please contact us as soon as your item arrives.
Timeline: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the item must arrive back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Refund Breakdowns:
Buyer pays return shipping. The original item cost is refunded once received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an item is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
To Reship: We will happily resend the item to your corrected address once the buyer purchases a new shipping label to cover the secondary postage. A link for the new postage amount will be sent to the buyer.
For a Refund: We will refund your payment minus the shipping and handling costs, shipping charges are non-refundable.
