** Important Handling & Shipping Information
- Glass Dome Displays: If your item includes a glass cloche, please note that the dome is NOT permanently attached to the base. Use extreme care when lifting or removing the dome to avoid damaging the insect display, animal specimen or floral inside.
- Fragile Elements: We pack every shadow box and taxidermy dome and any other piece with maximum care. However, insect antennae, legs and wings are incredibly fragile. While we do our best to protect them, we cannot 100% guarantee they won't suffer minor damage during transit. We do offer video's that walk you through the process of repairing these minor damages.
- When purchasing this item you are agreeing to the following: No claims for small broken parts such as antennae or a detached wing, there are no refunds or discounts issued for broken antennae as they are just too fragile to guarantee in shipping. We do suggest using a cat or dog whisker with a drop of glue on the end to replace broken antenna on butterflies. Wings and other small parts are easily fixable, and you should be aware that you may have to fix (glue) a part when purchasing items like these.
- Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is fully included in your shipping fee or item price.
- In Case of Shipping Damage:
- Please contact us immediately and forward pictures of the damaged item, box and box shipping label. We will then determine the best course of action to correct and rectify the issue and present you with options available.
- If your item arrives damaged, the post office now requires the recipient to bring the item, the original box, and all original packing materials to a local postal center for physical inspection before an insurance claim is approved. To receive your refund, you must forward us the official inspection receipt provided by the post office. We will do our best to avoid this stressful situation for both our customers and ourselves.

We want you to love your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition and original packaging.

Incorrect / Insufficient Addresses:

If an item is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To Reship: We will happily resend the item to your corrected address once the buyer purchases a new shipping label to cover the secondary postage. A link for the new postage amount will be sent to the buyer.
- For a Refund: We will refund your payment minus the shipping and handling costs, shipping charges are non-refundable.
