🧪 Important Shipping & Setup Instructions (Please Read!)
Due to USPS shipping regulations, wet specimens must be shipped without liquid. Your snake will arrive safely sealed in a secure bag with just a small amount of fluid to keep it perfectly hydrated during transit.
How to display your specimen upon arrival:
  1. Choose a Jar: Pick out your perfect display jar! Craft stores (like Hobby Lobby) or Amazon offer excellent, budget-friendly glassware selections.
  2. Transfer safely: Wearing gloves and a mask, carefully transfer the snake from the shipping bag into your display jar.
  3. Fill with Alcohol: Fill the jar to the top with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. You can find this at any grocery store, pharmacy, Family Dollar, or Dollar General for around $2.
  4. Temporary Storage: If you don't have a jar or alcohol ready when it arrives, you can safely store the sealed specimen bag in your refrigerator or freezer. If freezing, double-bag it and squeeze out all excess air; thaw completely before placing it in its permanent jar.

  • Display Only: This item is strictly for professional display. It is not alive, not a toy, and absolutely not for human or animal consumption.
  • Safe Handling: Always wear gloves and a protective mask when handling wet, unjarred specimens.
  • Flammability Warning: Isopropyl alcohol and formalin solutions are highly flammable. Keep your specimen and fluids far away from heat, sparks, and open flames.

** In the Unlikely Event of Shipping Damage:
Please contact us as soon as you receive the damaged item and forward pictures of the damaged item, box and label.  We will then determine the best course of action to correct rectify the issue. 
Per standard carrier rules, postal services now require the recipient to bring the damaged item, the original box, and all original packing material into a local post office for a physical inspection before insurance claims are approved. Once you have the item inspected, simply forward us a copy of the postal receipt acknowledging the inspection and USPS damage, and we will process your refund. 
Our priority is secure packaging, saving us both the stress of dealing with shipping issues and trying to avoid these scenarios entirely!

* Return Policy-No returns on this item. 

*Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an item is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
To Reship: We will happily resend the item to your corrected address once the buyer purchases a new shipping label to cover the secondary postage.  A link for the new postage amount will be sent to the buyer.
For a Refund: We will refund your payment minus the shipping and handling costs, shipping charges are non-refundable.
