X24A #2 This is a small Victorian style approx 2" bottle including cork top and hook that is stuffed with preserved mouse feet and tail along with a few preserved flowers and moss.  This might not be the exact one you receive, but they are all about the same. The top has not been glued down so you can add to or take out the items.
This would look great sitting on a shelf in a Victorian Decor or in a "witches pantry" for Halloween.  Very nice little trinket décor or curiosity cabinet piece as well as wearable art, just add a chain ! 

NOTE:  If your item is in a glass dome please be aware that the domes are NOT permanently connected to the base.  Care has to be taken when opening or removing the dome so not to damage the display or specimen.
